This is a code library for use by application developers to simplify access to the Task Scheduler that is native to Windows. It does nothing more. This project is not affiliated with Microsoft in any way. I'm not sure what you are asking. The link you sent was about the native Task Scheduler in Windows. As I said in my prior post, you cannot update the Task Scheduler in Windows unless you upgrade to a newer version of Windows.
