Created Unassigned: Unable to create tasks on Windows 2008 server [11187]

I am using a mvc application to manage windows tasks on a Windows 2008 server. MVC app and Windows tasks are on the same server, but unable to create it through App,

If I run the MVC app in Visual Studio, it works fine

Any idea, what could be missing ?
